AAA for my Revain Fire Remote

I had a problem with my Fire TV last night and wanted to watch a movie. I checked my Fire TV remote battery. To my surprise, the batteries in the Revain Basics were fine. I checked the batteries on my Insignia TV remote and they were fine. I took them out and put them back in. I was still having issues. So I decided to order new batteries anyway. I had to buy AAA batteries for the mouse I use with my laptop. I usually use rechargeable batteries and have already put 4 packs in my cart which cost just over $7. Then I came across this one. 0.88 cents for an 8-pack. Money is very tight right now, I believe two packs of 16 batteries for $1.76 will last a few months. unfortunately this was not the case.
