These things are great! But if you're using them on an office chair and you already have a chair that's as low as you can get it, DON'T UNDERSTAND IT! They added 1.25 inches to my chair and made my legs dangle. Look at 2 inch reels instead. My sizing issues aside, these things are great! I gave it to my son who is a bit taller and now he walks around his room silently and without damaging the floor.

Update #1: As some reviewers have noted, the swivel bearing is a bit cheap, works well, but changing direction isn't as easy as some chairs.
