Just fitted to our office chair. Direct one to one interchangeable stem. The big one we needed. I'll try to do a more detailed review after some real world use. Update #1: As some reviewers have noted, the swivel bearing is a bit cheap, works well, but changing direction isn't as easy as some chairs. Since it's a single wheel instead of a dual wheel, it also hits the carpet a bit, but that's not too bad. Hardwood etc. rolls up quickly and easily. If I could find double wheels with extra height I would get them, it's hard enough to find these.
