I only recently had this device. So far using it to test voltage and resistance around the house/vehicles has been easy and great. The auto range feature is a nice feature at this price point. I hope it lasts longer than the Craftsman I previously bought.

Very cheap. The wires are not inserted into the wall outlet without cutting off some of the insulation. Once I have done this it is non-refundable. The auto sensor talked too long. I know I have a live outlet, but it doesn't show line-to-earth voltage. I'll probably toss it in the closet and buy something else. Made in China and shows poor quality.

New to multimeters - looking for something easy to use and not overly complicated. It definitely fits the bill. The probe cables are heavy and strong and are very comfortable to hold. Would have liked a little more grip on the dipstick tip as it was a bit difficult to check the spark plugs (after the 5th check I had the right spot). I looked for a similar unit at my local hardware store - same features (minus fancy colors) and same quality at half the price. Definitely recommend.
