This chair impresses at first but becomes uncomfortable after a few hours. The lumbar support is irregularly shaped and goes too far into the spine. The recline isn't statically adjustable, and the useless reclining function doesn't add much to an active work session.

My husband has back pain but he sits at the computer most of the day. This not only made the job comfortable, but also helped him with lumbar support. Installation took about 30 minutes, works great. My daughters love it because the armrests fold down so they can bring the chair closer to the table. Very happy with this purchase.

Pretty solid chair. I'm 6,240 and feel secure in this chair. The lift arms are the main reason I bought this chair; allows you to save space when not occupied. The back of the chair has lumbar support, which is very convenient when you sit and sit with your back to the chair. I would buy this chair again if I ever needed a replacement because I already knew it was a long lasting chair.

The product description says it is a leather chair. Not true ! It is made from bonded leather, which Wikipedia defines as follows: Bonded leather, also known as composition leather or mixed leather, is the term given to manufactured upholstery that incorporates animal hides. It is a multi-layered structure based on fiber or paper. coated with a layer of shredded leather fibers mixed with a polyurethane binder, embossed to resemble leather.

I'm not a big fan of computer chairs, so I can't tell how this chair differs from other chairs at the same price, but personally I like it a lot. Very comfortable, easy to assemble, has excellent lumbar support. I use it for work where I sit at my desk for more than 8 hours a day. Will update in the future to say how it is holding up. I actually bought 4 of these chairs just because of their great comfort. However, now I'm noticing that the first two (black ones) I bought are starting to blister and peel. Be very careful in daily use as the case is likely to wear out quickly. I have never been so disappointed in a product or company. Especially when they DO NOT REPRESENT YOUR PRODUCT! I bought it on 12/31/2019. I assembled it in mid-January and finally started using it for several hours a day almost every day. Just this morning (June 21, 2020) my roommate asked me what happened to my chair. I looked under the seat and saw that the metal support arm that automatically adjusts the lumbar support was broken in half. Check out the picture I've attached to this review.
