American Apparel Unisex Fleece Hoodie Review

Order and receive Large. It definitely does not fit a large dog. Maybe it would be big enough for a beagle. I have mesured. Extra Large seemed silly for a 40 lb dog. Each image illustrating this product is of a dog weighing over 50 pounds. WTF? Obviously not dog people.

This sweater is great quality, beautiful, warm and so adorable. But the size didn't fit. We have Pit Mix at 67 pounds so he has a big chest. Usually he can wear XL and he can definitely always fit without being too small but this one was too small to justify haha. So excited he looked so cute haha.

American Apparel has radically resized this model. My dog had this sweatshirt which I bought 6-7 years ago. It was X-Large and fit perfectly! This dog weighed 45 pounds. I bought a new one for my 6 month old pup who weighs 30 pounds. I bought her a large one as she is a bit smaller. This is too little. Would this fit a 15-20 lb dog? Unfortunately I had to go back.

Very beautiful and well made. They didn't stretch at all. The sizing wasn't accurate either - I measured my girls and when the shirts arrived I was disappointed to see how small they were. I would recommend getting a size up and checking your measurements to see where they measure on their size chart. I had to return them and am hoping to find the larger sizes and try again.

Not sure if this isn't for big dogs? But as you can see, I definitely can't get it to even go close to my pitty's belly. We had an American Apparel hoodie last year and it fit perfectly. This design is a little different - it gets smaller at the bottom where the zipper connects. The pits are the opposite of this body type, so take that into account. All in all, it's very well done! Definitely not a cheap feel and very soft on the inside. I wish it would suit her. We ordered size XL.
