Size 10 fits 12.

Beautiful pants. We love the fabric and fit but they were too big. Size 10 fits like size 12. Most other brands of size 10 are not as big. We saved them for later use and had to buy another pair for the event they were bought for.

Very little works in my review.

I started with a size 10, sent it back and got a size 12. They didn't fit any better than the 10th. Ordered the 14th but the waist was still a little small. Very good pants, but did not fit.

Great classic pants even for an active boy!

I love these dress pants for my son. I've bought them before and came back for new ones. Cool, well made, wear well and wash well. Great buy for the price.

Wonderful customer service and stylish pants.

They were very stylish pants, nicely made but too small for my son. The buyer kindly and promptly accepted the return as long as they have all the original packaging. Very professional.

Small size, unfortunately they didn't fit.

The belt is of good quality but runs small. My son is an average size 8/10 on boys, order 12 and they are too long at the foot, too narrow at the waist. To return.

Beautiful color: my review

Great pants for my son. But they were a bit long. I have saved them so he can wear them again on special occasions in the future. I refused to hem them as he is a growing boy.

The fabric is of excellent quality, the belt requires manual intervention to adjust to the waist.

The belt is too long for the waist of the pants. But we just punched a few more holes. We found that the belt buckle is detachable and can be shortened by cutting off the end (if you don't have your hand with a belt punch).

The school also approved the pants. Can't lose

In my opinion these pants are much better than the Flynn O'Hara brand that all Catholic school children were outfitted with. The price difference isn't huge, but it's a quality pair of pants.

I recommend pants, but one size bigger.

These pants are absolutely amazing. The only thing is my kid wears a size 14 for boys and that's what I bought. But it turned out that they are too small in the waist. I recommend pants, but one size bigger.

Looks great on my son and fits him very well

Looks great on my son and fits him very well. I bought them for a wedding because I had a difficult to match shirt and couldn't find dark brown dress pants anywhere or his size. So I took a chance and bought them from Revain. They look good and came with a strap. I got a lot and would buy them again.

They are good for the price

If you pay the 'recommended' price you will be very disappointed. They look and feel like the pants you would buy at a flea market or bazaar. For the price I bought them, they're not bad (my boys don't wear dress pants often), but if they cost more than $10 I'd return them. You can find nicer ones in department stores for $15 to $20.

Great fit!

I love the design of these pants. Reminds me of a European fit like they fit my son. My son is 9 years old and I bought them separately from his Easter costume for Sunday. When he tried them on they fit perfectly and I wasn't expecting that.
