The system is easy enough for our smaller customers to use without any training. Their reporting software has been very helpful in pulling together data from many different sources into one place. We are able to easily see who's doing what when it comes to billing or customer service.
There have been problems with their phone support but those issues were quickly resolved by contacting the tech team through the chat feature. Keep your eye out if you don't need all of the bells and whistlesβ¦
