The system is easy enough for our smaller customers to use without any training. Their reporting software has been very helpful in pulling together data from many different sources into one place. We are able to easily see who's doing what when it comes to billing or customer service. There have been problems with their phone support but those issues were quickly resolved by contacting the tech team through the chat feature. The product is reliable with all of its hardware parts that are included in the price. It has been very durable over the years. I have not had any problems for quite some time now with this computer system. All of my clients like it because they feel at ease knowing their computers will be backed up by something great!
