My problem is best solved with toilet valves

I struggled with the original Vormax valve assembly hardware design for 5 years. Lots of ghost flushes or floating floats. It was difficult to adjust to fix these problems and usually the bowl didn't fill properly. I installed this new design damper assembly and had no problems for 2 weeks. I should add that I think the trigger was at the wrong height in the original setup, so maybe adjusting it would have helped as well.

Does what it should. No more and no less.

Pay attention and study CAREFULLY. You may only need the white parts that attach to the bottom of the assembly. I think I could go this route. But this thing was very easy to change, so I figured why not. Installed in less than five minutes and operational again in six seconds after adjusting the screw to the correct level. I missed a gas station, saw no difference.

Flap valves on a standard American toilet.

This toilet was installed in our bathroom last autumn during a renovation and after a few months of use the original valve started to leak. Not sure why, but I'll keep an eye on the replacement valves to make sure they don't leak. The installation process was simple and straightforward. There are a few small parts that need to be installed after installing the valves. No configuration was required and everything worked correctly.

Pros
  • Nicely packaged
Cons
  • You could have chosen a newer model

Poor design - leak replaced by contamination

Bad Design: I'm amazed at the great reviews! I installed this redesigned exchange unit and the leak through the silicone seals was replaced with a bigger problem - the chain is so long that it immediately started jamming between the sealing faces of the red hatch, making the tank impossible to refill and therefore continuous filling and emptying. This repeatedly caused my well to be pumped empty and water to appear in the house. If I hadn't had a low pressure shutoff device, the pump could have

Pros
  • Durable test results

  • The list will be long.
