Used with a digital thermostat to repair our old Whirlpool side-by-side refrigerator. I used a 4x4x2 inch gray PVC junction box from H.Depot that screwed onto the top of our fridge and drilled holes to operate this relay to turn the compressor on and off. And stretch the wires of the temperature sensor into the refrigerator.

One review said the faston connections were "non-standard". The contact terminals use 1/4" fastons and the relay coil uses 3/16" fastons. While not as popular as 1/4 inch fasts, they are not "custom". Most hardware stores have what you need. The relay works great on my 1hp table saw motor. This is a well made relay.

Deducted 2 stars for poor design. The 120V connections require a non-standard solderless connector, while the contact connections require standard size connectors. I finally found the weird plugs at the auto parts store. An hour wasted. 2 stars deducted for poor packaging. These parts arrived in a ziploc package with broken support legs. More wasted time. I left one star (because I have to) and because they are cheap.
