💆 Amika Soulfood Nourishing Hair Mask, 16 Ounce Review

I have colored hair and was looking for a product that would repair my hair and help it regain some softness and moisture. I love this hair mask, I felt the difference from the 1st use. I actually left the mask on all night, it didn't leave a sticky residue and surprisingly absorbed into my hair. The next morning I washed my face and noticed my dry, brittle ends were softer. The first time I order such a bug. The product was not fully sealed and the cap appeared to be unscrewed as it leaked during shipping. The lid hung by a thread and the plastic inner lid lifted out of the container with the product. If I scooped it all back in, the bin would only be half full so I don't know if the deal was used/returned or gone. Luckily a replacement is on the way. No fault of the product itself as it smells great but this was my first order and I won't be using it. I'm waiting

This mask makes my hair feel softer and more alive. I used it on my colored hair and it reduced the frizz I usually have. I've recently started using their other mask as I've had such good experiences with this one. ** I found her Soul products (mask, shampoo and conditioner) at Marshall's at 50% off in 2 different states. I recommend checking nearby to see if they have one too.

The product itself is great, it would take so little effort to put a piece of tape on a section or two of the lid to avoid this type of problem; it looks like many others have encountered the same problem. I have run out of this product and can salvage most of it so I will not be returning it or requesting a refund. Attention, if you want to order this, allow enough time to calculate shipping damage and returns.

I have been ordering this mask from Revain for a long time and have not had any leakage issues until my last purchase. It was in a package (thank goodness) but it was very disappointing to open the box and see the mess. I made a return/replacement and received my replacement very quickly and in good condition! This is the best hair mask out there, so if you need a deep conditioner (which we honestly all need!), buy this one!

I've tried SO many hair products. I mean everything from premium products to salon recommended products. This is the best hair mask I've ever tried. Worth the price. I have fine, highlighted hair that often dries out from hot tools, paint etc and this is the only mask that restores moisture. Plus it smells amazing, if I could get a perfume with the same scent I would! It's serious, like oil for your hair, naturally without fat!
