AMMAKE Jumbo Bamboo Toothbrush Review

It really is HUGE! The IDK, the WHO, a bug in the mouth is enough for that. How comically massive. I'm all for stability and more efficient cleaning (big brush), but unless you have a Jurassic jaw I would suggest going down in size.

Not sure I would like these toothbrushes as the bristle section is very long. I had never seen anyone so long before. It turns out they are fine. They cover a larger area with fewer strokes. The bristles are soft and kind to my gums. Overall they do a good job on my teeth, although I still like to use a sonic toothbrush or a slightly more powerful brush from time to time just to jump in and do a more thorough cleaning. Great toothbrushes. Well made and very soft on the gums, they are easy to twist in the mouth and reach all nooks and crannies. They're bigger than most so they don't feel great in my small mouth as there's not much room, but my husband loves them and anyone with a bigger mouth than me will love them too. With 8 in a box they will work well for a family and last a long time. I leave a few in the guest bathroom for those who forget to bring their toothbrush. I love them and will buy them again…

These bamboo toothbrushes would be a 5 star product for me if there wasn't one big problem. Stains so it can tear. The dampening that you have to do to brush your teeth will also soften the wood and make it even more likely to splinter. And that's a shame too, because they really nailed it in every other way. I really enjoyed trying them, but they definitely don't suit me and my mouth. I love the idea of using bamboo instead of plastic, but have no idea if it's coming from places pandas rely on. I liked these brushes for a while, but I just opened the third brush in this box and a few bristles fell into my mouth while I was brushing my teeth with it. I will not order this product again because of this. I've used different types of bamboo toothbrushes and this has never happened to me.

Update: After using it 3 times a day for 3 days I noticed my mouth was bleeding after brushing my teeth. Strange. My fear of a splinter has come true. I have three huge sections of bamboo in my mouth. This brush is good in theory, but terrible in practice. I go back to my plastic brush.
