Overall the toothbrush works well and I like the delicate bristles on the teeth (reason for 2 stars) but the brush heads don't fit my toothbrush exactly which results in mold on brush heads. I tried changing the brush heads but it didn't help. My photo shows how much mold was left inside after missing a day of interior cleaning (which shouldn't be necessary). Very frustrating. I will say my husband has it too and it's not a problem. I haven't had any luck with a design flaw it seems.

I had an Oral-B that lasted a really long time but upon using it I realized how dead the old battery was. I also like the 4-part timer.
