🚚 AMPR 75316-01A Truck BedStep Down Bumper Step for Toyota Tundra 2016-2019, Resin Bumper, Black Review

On the '17 Tundra, the steps fold straight out to the side, not backwards like I have on the '14 F150 = not as comfortable for getting into bed.

Installation was painful but does the job. Slight tilt in the top position so it doesn't look fair to the truck, see pic, it doesn't look good. The instructions pointed out by another reviewer are crap. You need to find where the brackets connect by lifting them up from where they seem to go to the bracket and see where they touch the frame. I also hit it on the bumper but loosened the screws and it moved 1/8" which fixed it. Set aside I did, see my photo otherwise I would agree with another…

I bought this product from Revain Bedstep for my 2017 Toyota Tundra and it doesn't look like the product picture. The picture shows the step facing the back of the truck, when in fact when installed in my 2017 Toyota Tundra it faces the side of the truck. I wish I had seen an earlier review. I had a 2010 Toyota Tundra up until November of last year. When I bought this truck I bought it from a BedStep dealer and it was a truly inspired piece of engineering. It was easy to install, tucked under the bumper in perfect alignment, inserted diagonally from the corner of the bumper to the perfect spot whether the tailgate was open or not, leaving just enough space between the step and the bumper to to meet them easily.
