The product is used by others, does not support Smart

The product arrived a little dusty and two of the four screws are already tightened. It also includes a washer which I wasn't aware of as it doesn't even appear in any of the pictures of the build. Otherwise it works great, has better cooling than the SSK I bought and returned. Oh no smart support, DriveDX doesn't even see the attached drive.

It does what it's supposed to do pretty well.

Heats up on the benchmarks but it works well, there's a thermal pad and the aluminum case dissipates heat really well. Comes with two cables, 1*USB 3.1 A to C, 1*USB 3.1 C to C, my SSD can read 3400Mbps and write 2000Mbps and I am getting the maximum speed that the product claims! (Reading at 1030Mbps and writing at 1016Mbps) It takes only 30 seconds to copy 22GB files. My TB 3 can handle up to 20Gbps and I should have gotten double the performance but maybe the chip/cable isn't designed for…

Heater Computer Accessories & Peripherals

Overall a good product. Works well. Used to transfer files for my Macbook Pro, gives a read/write speed of around 400MB when connected via USB. Keep in mind that you shouldn't put it on hot surfaces and it's not recommended to stick it on your MacBook screen.

Product works well. Would have given 5 stars but I didn't have all the screws. Edit: Apparently I was missing more than just screws. I did not receive any cables or thermal pads. It's like I received a used product that sells like new.

Great Case, But…

This is a great all-metal NVMe SSD case with good design and excellent heat dissipation. You'll have to get over installing an SSD, though. First, there are no instructions. You get five long screws, one short black screw, a heatsink plate, a screwdriver, and a mysterious silicone strap. Four long screws are attached to the cover. I chose to use the fifth metal screw instead of the short black screw to attach the SDD. Second, installing a radiator requires patience. The pad has plastic sheets…
