Correct voltage and wattage for my specific Amscope microscope

Works as an exact replacement for the bulbs in my specific Amscope microscope. I had to read the instructions carefully to understand how to get into the lamp compartment. Be sure to purchase the correct voltage and wattage for your specific amscope.

Pros
  • This is amazing
Cons
  • Some errors

unusual bulb but blew out in less than 1 week

I use a Fisher MicroMaster II microscope at work and needed a spare bulb (6v 20w very hard to find bulb). Fischer wore it, but at 3 times the price, so I ordered this lamp instead. It buzzed when I used the dimmer and smelled like smoke for the first 2-3 hours. Carl Zeiss lamps from Fisher are more expensive but worth the money in my opinion. It's also possible that it was just a mess. All in all I would probably hesitate to buy one of these lamps but if money is important then go for it.

Pros
  • Best in niche
Cons
  • I will add later
