AMSimpkins & Associates (AMSA) is a minority owned IT consulting firm specializing in integration, innovation and automation for Higher Education institutions. AMSimpkins & Associates is led by Maurice Simpkins, a former NFL Linebacker, with over 10 years of experience working in Higher Education IT with Ellucian Colleague ERP. AMSimpkins & Associates’ full suite of services ranges from consultative needs and development through turnkey deployment of software integration and long-term service and maintenance for Higher Education ERP Software. AMSA works collaboratively with our customers to help ensure that their technology serves a meaningful and value-added role in the lives of their most prized assets: students, faculty and staff. We strive every day to provide the best possible customer service, quality ERP consulting and administration and the highest level of return on our customers’ ERP related investments. Our team is knowledgeable of Ellucian Colleague best practices and standards. As such, we have proven experience in system administration, implementation, integration, development as well as commissioning simple to complex custom solutions within Colleague. At AMSimpkins & Associates, our mission is to provide solutions that will enable students, faculty and staff the ability to utilize Higher Education IT both effectively and efficiently. Reliable & Professional IT Consultancy

The team at AMSA are always there for you, willing to go the extra mile to ensure your needs are met. They are always quick to respond and will go the extra mile to ensure you are happy. I have had the pleasure of working with AMSA on multiple projects over the last few years and cannot recommend them highly enough. Excellent Product Knowledge and Customer Service

I like that they are very knowledgeable about their products as well as being able to customize them according to our specific requirements which was something we were looking forward too when first meeting with this team! They also have excellent customer support who always responds quickly whenever you call or email during business hours even if it's just an inquiry regarding your account status/order details etc. Nothing really at all but overall great product knowledge coupled together with

  • The system itself has good features for both internal use within my own organization, along wth external clients.
  • Customer service reps respond promptly in regards questions asked either via phone calls (even after regular office working hour) OR emails sent
  • Excellent response times from staff members regardless how small issues may be
  • Very reasonable pricing per month compared other similar services available out here
