Prevents dirt on the sides of the headband

It is made of hard plastic, so there is a chance that it will break if you drop the headset. But I agree and would like to do it again. I like how it protects the sides of the strap from getting dirty. It also has vents so I don't feel like my headset is overheating.

The currently best hard shell on the market!

If you need a great hard case for your Quest 2, get this red or blue one! I bought the original clear version, but it didn't have vents, which resulted in overheating issues. This red and blue are new versions with air vents and no longer cause heat problems. I'm not sure if the black one has vents, but I know it's brown rather than black in search.
