The end of the cable with the 'jack' is either crooked, at an angle, or damaged during transportation. But the headphones are charging, the function is performed.

Update: Customer service was fantastic. They contacted me and offered a replacement. Everything worked right away. Thanks to all! I recommend! The product has arrived and is not working. I charged the headphones all night, nothing. Even though the adapter has been changed, the adapters still don't work.

Good cable for work (charging my JBL e50BT). However, it charges slower than the original cable and the poor workmanship does not justify the high price. I paid almost $9 to get a short, skinny cable with a crooked connector on one end (2.5mm head). I don't know how long that will take. eBayson needs to seriously improve the quality of the product if they hope to charge people that much for such a poor product.
