The lids are dishwasher safe NO! I can't see the "sealed" part of the review as everything was put in the dishwasher before use and the lids came out warped and wouldn't close on the containers. Nowadays you would think that a company like Anchor Hocking could do it right.

One of the bowls was broken on arrival. The breakage did not occur either in the box or during transport as the bottom of one bowl was completely missing and was nowhere in the box. I also don't like the thin edges of the lid. I ended up going with Rubbermade and although they aren't glass they seem to be the best product.

This was a Christmas present. When the recipient opened it, a piece was missing. The lid was there, but the second largest glass bowl was missing. Repeated attempts by neither me nor Revane have been able to get to Anchor Hocking. Numerous messages were left in vain. Otherwise, what came with it is very nice. I seem to have exhausted all attempts to fix this problem.

Glass is excellent. There are other anchor sets out there and they are top notch. The lid on this set is terrible. Thin, thin, lip slightly deformed out of the box. The lid is said to be microwavable, but after one use it was deformed to the point where it no longer fits the container. The lid says it can be used in the microwave (but not in a conventional oven). Of course it can't be in the microwave. Yes, I had a lid. Disappointed Anchor will combine its quality glass with this cheap cover.

Terrible quality. save your money The first set came with chips on the rim of most of the smaller bowls. I received a replacement from Revain but the second set also arrived with chips, scratches/roughness and areas where there are small bits of red material in the glass. The first set I received had a few issues. There were scratches on two of the glass bowls and the lid of the small rectangular glass jar didn't fit. The lid didn't even open. Sent it back and asked for a replacement. The second set came later in the day but still not the 1st quality. There were marks on several of the plastic lids.
