We LOVE this fan. Super modern and works perfectly. It has three different LED lighting options (which we weren't aware of) and I think that's the best part. The fan cools the room fairly quickly and is not noisy at all. I asked my dad and husband to install this and it took at least 2 hours.

Loved the look and the remote control However the instructions didn't help at all. A bit wobbly even after a long period of balancing. We bought these about 13 months ago and the light has stopped working and there is no replacement bulb. Fan and remote control work perfectly, even changed the battery in the remote control. Confused. I want it.

Total disappointment. My husband is a professional builder and can do anything. This is absurd - prime example, they send gloves for an American that barely fit me and I'm 5ft 6" and a size 10. It's the worst ever. Do not buy. Directions are terrible. We hung 3 fans in our Lowe Flip House in less time than this mess and impossible to keep clean. Do not buy

The ceiling fan has a very modern look and all parts have the look and feel/weight of a very high quality fan. Assembly was very easy compared to other fans I've installed in the past and very clear instructions were provided. Also, I solved the problem with a missing part in the box, but the customer service was really good and responded in less than 5 minutes and offered to replace the part for free and without any problems. Overall, I couldn't be happier with this fan.

Looks elegant and stylish. I look everywhere for a ceiling fan with a stainless steel finish. This is a replacement for an old rusty ceiling fan in a remodeled kitchen that has been extended to a south facing conservatory. However I guess I was confused as I looked at so many different fans that when I got this one I swore it was dimmable as that was the important feature I was looking for. The first thing that struck me were the thin blades. It's okay, I just wasn't prepared for them being so skinny. But they do their job. I once installed a ceiling fan and vowed never to do it again. This fan looked more complicated. It was complete. I paid an electrician from Home Advisor.
