Time display but that's all

The box is active and the (unconfigured) time is displayed, but there is now a way to access the box with a wireless mouse, with the supplied remote control or with the keyboard . No menus, nothing. and no other help or troubleshooting information provided in the instructions or otherwise.

Unreliable and inefficient

Works poorly - lagging and feels cheap. I bought another one and it died almost immediately after receiving it. The small remote control has no batteries but uses AAA batteries. The keyboard remote control is powered by its own battery. The only plus is really the keyboard remote, which has a touchpad as well as a Windows key and ctrl-alt-del hotkey when you map the remote to a Windows computer using its USB dongle.

The tv box works well with a tiny keyboard in addition to the remote control

This is the second tv box I have bought in a year. The first has 2GB of RAM and two USB ports. It has 4GB of RAM and USB 3 ports. I don't have a 4k monitor so I can't comment on that. But for a 1920 x 1080 monitor, both boxes play videos smoothly. The advantage for me is the tiny backlit keyboard. I didn't think a keyboard could make such a difference until I used this one. Kodi comes with a box. Some applications cannot be installed, e.g. B. the Pluto TV application. Like my old TV box.
