Unreliable and inefficient
Works poorly - lagging and feels cheap. I bought another one and it died almost immediately after receiving it. The small remote control has no batteries but uses AAA batteries. The keyboard remote control is powered by its own battery. The only plus is really the keyboard remote, which has a touchpad as well as a Windows key and ctrl-alt-del hotkey when you map the remote to a Windows computer using its USB dongle.
