I like the original better because it's much longer. The original was too short for me to use in a chair while watching TV.

The charger is very fast and I love its strength and thickness. Buy a flexible cable and a long one too. I can plug it in and still conveniently use my phone.

I bought them on June 28th, today is August 12th and unfortunately both of them no longer work. They make the phone beep repeatedly without charging. Both cables stay in place and don't move. One stays downstairs, the other upstairs for nightly charging so they don't get overloaded with it.

I am disabled and spend most of the day in bed. These cables are very strong and sturdy and I can move around in bed without worrying if the cable will reach out or not. I've been through so many cables that break or are too short and just don't stand up to constant use. I would like to get headphones with a cable like this. Good product!

I will say I love how long it lasts and if the USB part hadn't come loose I would have given them five stars. I'll re-order if needed, but first I'll look for something.

If I could put a zero, I would. I bought this and after a week my friend and I smelled like burnt plastic. So we run around the house to find the source of the smell. Finally we find. It was the micro USB end of the charging cable. I sit, I smolder. If it was near laundry or clothing. My bedroom would burn. Luckily we were at home because my 16 year old doesn't pay attention to such things. But not anymore. Def left marks on my hardwood floor, but it could have been worse!
