Good cable; but it only works in one direction! Also, be sure to check the included orientation photos.

I bought this to use with the Mavic Pro and found it only works one way. Both ends fit both the controller and the phone, but it only connects them when you plug the specific end into the controller. I figured out which end it was and then used a white art pen to draw the letter C (for controller) on it. Just in case I marked the other end with the letter P (telephone). I use MavMount so my phone sits over the Mavic controller instead of hanging down. So I needed the flat sides of this cable to

RIGHT ANGLE SIMPLY ALL WRONG!

Don't get me started on designers. or people trying to sell bad products. Whoever designed this didn't know what they were doing. The right angle that gives a clean connection is the wrong angle. You had to flip the connection to match the DJI controller to the phone or tablet. So you have to twist it and just get it wrong. It's better to have a direct connection. not this weird thing.

The ends of the cables are different on the sides

The cables have the same ends. When I connected the drone controller to my phone for the first time, my phone did not connect to the aircraft via the DJ Fly app. After several attempts to turn the drone and controller on and off, it still didn't work. Finally, I decided to swap the ends of the cable between the controller and my phone, after which the Fly application connected. The next time I connected my phone to the controller it stopped working until I swapped the ends of the cable again…

said it works with Android and it's my fault for not checking more closely what I actually need. It's micro USB on both ends. Quality cable, delivered quickly, great price. I can't use it until my Micro USB to USB-C adapter arrives (for my LG Stylo). The Q&A section I read before ordering is almost completely wrong. The ends are the same. This is a great cable! The connectors are durable and fit the controller I have for my Dji Spark drone like it came from a Dji factory! The length is perfect for getting from the controller to my smartphone and also without tons of clutter.
