I received the box, installed Downloader and immediately the remote control malfunctioned, I press one command and the device executes another.

This box has a new generation processor and is significantly better than all the old chips. Program loading is faster and 4K support has been greatly improved.

Files play fine, but regardless of the base application I can't output anything other than 2.0 stereo. On another player with the same HDMI interface, 5.1 sound is played without any problems. A $30 experiment that works, but not well.

The IP box itself is good but the remote control signal is very weak so I almost have to close the box or it doesn't work. The cable that connects the box between the TV is very short; and difficult to install the box properly

Don't waste your money on this. Took 20 minutes and already packed up for return. We bought this specifically because we wanted to be able to stream HBO Max on something other than my phone or computer. The picture is terrible. No matter what settings we change on the device itself or on our TV, the zoom is increased so that you can only see part of the image on the screen. Complete garbage. Obviously you get what you pay for.
