I like this product and that its long but the quality is POOR. Received mines with a rip and doesnt seem to hold well. Can lead to a sense of discomfort towards one’s own body.

I absolutely love this waist trainer! I am about 5'5 185lbs and I ordered an extra large. Not gonna lie i had use some muscle to get the hooks to latch and I almost zipped up a piece of my stomach lol but when I get it on fully it resulted in a very snatched look! I put on a cami over it to smooth out the appearance and then put a bodycon dress on. I looked amazing! Curves in all the right spots! And it was very comfortable.

I have Arthritis in my spine , this back support has allowed me to work a full day with NO PAIN in my back, just about 99% perfect , I have to supply a bit of padding for under my Breasts, but that's easy enough to do. Great product !

It provides great back support, I like it for more wearing around the house than working out. Doesn’t really help you sweat, not as I’d like it to, as well as it’s not an easier trainer to actually workout in, but I do still use it to workout, because why not?

Honestly I had many prior to this one and one of the reviews on this one caught my eye they stated that its not short like many others. This is definitely a good waist trainer. I would not recommend just wearing it because that will only help shape you not reduce waist . Furthermore, this is definitely good for working out because you are going to feel the heat on your waist causing you to break a major sweat.
