A friend and I swapped out the GPS/Bluetooth/WiFi antennas on a feature-heavy iPhone 6. None of us have technical experience, but we are tech savvy enough to follow YouTube tutorial videos. It took us about an hour and a half and now my phone is working perfectly. Tip: Number the screws in the order you loosened them so you don't mix them up when you reinstall them.

Fixed issues with Wi-Fi and GPS location. You have to remove the motherboard to install it, but it's basically a matter of disconnecting and reconnecting the connectors. just replaced a broken part for me. I had a problem with GPS. couldn't get my location accurate so I couldn't use GPS at all. not on maps, not in Waze. I've never repaired an iPhone before but I just followed the step by step guide on ifixit.com and a little over an hour later my phone was reassembled and the GPS was working great.
