On the first page, I'm disappointed with the short screws. They won't go deep enough into the wood for me to be comfortable as the screws won't loosen or shift and potentially ruin artwork/frames/etc they're supposed to be holding. Another millimeter or two of wood is a 5-star quality product!

Using these locks on wooden hanging boards is disappointing. The keyhole detail is ok, those are cheap screws. I broke a couple of them trying to tighten them to normal. Then it almost destroys my project because I have to cut them out. FUCKING screws. Looking at the metal after the screw has broken it appears to be cast metal, not REAL metal!

The quality is terrible and you will probably have to assemble it yourself. About a quarter of the bag was just scattered pieces, and each piece wasn't even enough to put it together and make a full bag. The assembled ones are crooked and look awful. There are several other sellers with this product for the same price and better quality (I buy them regularly for my shop).

I like the price and the quality. As for more details. The thickness of these keyhole brackets is large, they have a body. I have ordered several times. Sometimes one or two of the packs aren't stamped cleanly and they can be slightly off center, but that doesn't bother me. The screws have a fine thread and are sufficient, I just like the longer screws. For me, that's part of busting in construction. Good product, I will continue to order as long as the price remains reasonable.

They are good quality, thicker and stronger than I expected. I used a 1" Forstner bit to drill a shallow hole for the bracket and then used a 1/4" bit to make a slightly deeper channel for the screw head to fit. I actually had to make the channel a bit longer than in my picture to get the screw all the way in and supported by the bracket. I used two of these to hold a 6 foot long 1x6 growth chart vertically on a wall. They support the board easily. I look forward to many more projects with…
