Works great with Verizon FiOS Quantum.

Removed the Verizon splitter, added this Antronix 3Way splitter and it worked right away. I bought this 3-way splitter to connect my power strip in the basement. Thumbs up for now. No picture or internet speed issues. I have a Verizon FioS Quantum Gigabit 940/880 Mbps.

Pros
  • MoCA 2.0 Optimized
Cons
  • Security

May cause signal problems to cable modem

I have a balanced splitter, -6dB on each lane. This appears to have caused a problem with my cable modem and the cable company said it should normally be unbalanced with a -3.5dB tap for the line to the cable modem. You can use it without any problem. But it didn't work for me. (although it worked fine for moca signals)

Pros
  • Capacitively coupled F-ports
Cons
  • Update available

I bought some two-legged splitters to improve signal quality and levels while waiting for MediaCom starting a new drop - I've gotten BAMF 5-2450MHz, Commscope, Extreme and finally Antronix 5-1675MHz and it has given the best results! I have Mediacom Gigabit service, I have my own Arris SB8200 and a Tivo multiroom (Ethernet, no MoCa) with digital service. I highly recommend this Antronix device! By the way, I also replaced all my home coax cables with RG6-Q.

Pros
  • 6kV with ring wave surge protector
Cons
  • Ugly packaging

Worked great for TV coax split for Verizon MoCA extenders

My FIOS router was upstairs, my TV was downstairs. I needed a stronger signal downstairs, so I bought a Verizon wireless extender. The extension uses MoCA and needs its own coax, so I had to split the TV's coax. This splitter worked great. It was cheaper than the Verizon version and has the same (minimal) signal loss.

Pros
  • Happy so far
Cons
  • Will write later

Works fine - splitter

I had high signal strength to keep my tivos working properly. They must have a signal-to-noise ratio of around 33-36 dB or they will fail. Since this was the case, the signal was so strong that the cable company couldn't contact the cable cards, and none of the service reps they dispatched seemed to know what the problem was. I reset the signal on all channels from 40+ to about 33 because of the 10dB drop from this splitter and everything worked again.

Pros
  • cool product
Cons
  • something else

Work. Start a new drop - I have BAMF 5-2450MHz, Commscope, Extreme and finally Antronix 5-1675MHz and it gave the best results! I have Mediacom Gigabit service, I have my own Arris SB8200 and a Tivo multiroom (Ethernet, no MoCa) with digital service. I highly recommend this Antronix device! Pros
  • Very good price
Cons
  • Piggy bank price
