Attempts to cut off black grass guards. I had to buy another pair of scissors because the ones I ordered didn't cut. I donated them to the Salvation Army.

They worked fine for a while but in a relatively short time they became dull and won't even cut through a sheet of paper, plastic or plant stem. Basically useless. Maybe a bad lot.

I saw your ad elsewhere and went shopping here as usual. I didn't try to prune more than the thick stems (I use them a lot in my garden!). I use them for a quick piece of salad in a breakfast bowl. I removed the hard top from my pickles using the pop top utility. In general I am very happy.

I received this at 9 am on the promised day. I gave it 5 stars because of the quality and the many functions. Today (three days later) I've used them at least a dozen times, from opening bags, cutting plastic wrap to opening a bottle. They hang with my other tools on a shelf next to my desk.

So things have limits. However, note that these "Cut Anything" scissors will not cut 1/4" thick polycarbonate chair mats. He came to 2" with great difficulty and stalled. I recommend reading reviews as usual to see exactly what it cuts. something else.

I specifically wanted something that could easily cut through the plastic container lids used in the packaging of most sanitizing wipes.
