The pad that fits over the top of the ball screw (ball joint?) falls off when you blow on it. It was the first time I used it. I will replace it and then throw it away. It's very frustrating chasing that damn thing across the floor.

I have two sets of these vises which I have used with several different vises (Precision and Kurt style) and with two completely different router bits (mini router and bench drill) can use ) . I was very happy with the quality of both sets. They are definitely versatile. Arrived quickly. Good price.

This is a very nice clone set from Starrett. Very pleased with the fit and functionality. Screw fits very tight corner screw has more play I believe that is on purpose if you use the hole for support the only reason you don't have 5 stars is because it came with what I assumed was a case would resemble the case of a Starrett set or Brown & Sharpe. It's not. It's more like a plastic end mill holder. It works. Generally there will be 1 or 2 more.
