Value for money heated towel rail. However, the distance between the elements makes heating difficult except for a few strips of towel.

Super product. Outstanding quality in optics and haptics. Very easy assembly - 4 screws are put into perfectly machined holes with the tool provided.

It doesn't fully warm your towel only where the towel touches it and only warms the side it's on if you want a towel rail, but not if you want a heated towel rail

I bought this to use next to our hot tub to have warm towels and robes when we go out. There really is no heat when used outside. However, if you want to keep towels and robes warm inside, this works well.

I like the ease of assembly and the streamlined design. I don't like that towels or clothes only get hot on direct contact with the grate. Don't expect a towel or piece of clothing to be evenly heated.

Replaced another device that died after several years of use. I like the overall size but the towels need to be folded in three to fit two on the hanger. Works best when something else is on top such as a fluffy throw. Had to do this with my previous device as well and was hoping for better results. Must be connected to a heavy duty timer. No switch above

The product is beautiful and easy to assemble. The power button is awkward and at the bottom, making what should be easy a pain. The switch is inside under a thick plastic cover. You can't tell if it's on or off without going there. I don't think there is an automatic shutdown. First thing I do is turn on the heating pad with my dry towel wrapped in heating rods and even after a 20 minute shower the rods are warm but my towel is not.
