I am very dissatisfied with the quality of the bracelet. Not only is the clasp barely attachable, the links of the chain come loose and the stones fall out. Looks very nice, but in hindsight not worth the money. Thank goodness Revain has a good returns policy.

When I opened this bracelet, I was giving it to my daughter for a special occasion. It was everything that was said in the description and was much nicer in person. The reason I give him this rating is because he wasn't very friendly until he was just broke and my daughter got hurt and said she didn't do anything to make it break. You are very fragile, that's all I have to say.

This bracelet is too thin for what I paid for it. The link actually broke the first time I tried to put the bracelet on my girlfriend's wrist. Very frustrating.

Very cute but has flaws. It was a gift from my husband so it meant a lot. However, the clasp was so difficult to put on that the jeweler used a toggle clasp when I repaired it. It has broken so many times, the home jeweler has fixed it and the jeweler has fixed it a few times. Just got it home and it's already broken and I'm handling it carefully, just a big disappointment. Two rings placed on either side of the heart break the infinity charm. For me it's either one side or both.

My lover gave me this and I love it! The design and crystals are beautiful and the bracelet fits my wrist well. The clasp is difficult to make yourself, so I just never take the bracelet off. I also cut off the extra chain.
