I bought this dress for an evening event and received several compliments! The fabric has a slight sheen but is not fully shiny which prevents it from looking very cheap. The dress I received does not match the photo. Instead of a nice clean cut and a boat neckline as shown in the photo, I got a dress with puff sleeves that were gathered to look like a little girl's dress.
