Very affordable and excellent quality for the price. The smallest size is a bit big for my boy but he is still very small and will grow bigger in him. But that's good because you want your cat to be able to slip off the collar if it gets caught!

Just received this collar for my little Border Collie Mix and it is absolutely adorable! My dog is smaller (just under 30lbs - neck is approx 12") and the size 11.5-15" fits perfectly , but at the very last notch, to ensure there is almost 2 fingers of room between the neck and collar, the spikes are the perfect size and don't stick out too much.
