This is a great monitor for the price. I bought it on sale and don't have a new monitor to compare to as I just used my TV. Came with a cable so it could run at 144 but wasn't able to yet and took a while to get used to the curve. A day in use and now I don't really notice the curvature but if you've never used a curved screen you will notice. Not sure if there are built in speakers or quality as I used headphones the entire time.

Overall this monitor is really good for the price, never had a problem, always works well with any game - 3070/i7 10709k My son loves it. He said it was a definite upgrade. He’s been enjoying it since Xmas 2021.

Within 5 minutes of connecting the monitor I heard a very high pitched beep that would not stop. I had to reset all display settings for the noise to stop. Basically the tunings are meaningless as they only produce a high pitched sound when tuned.

nice upgrade from a 24" 60hz 1080 monitor. gsync works as described + it comes with a display port cable. The curve is very nice and makes the monitor look really good. There are many preset options + many customization options. This monitor will be great bright.

I recently built my first computer and wanted a good monitor and kept arguing between 24 and 27 inches and finally settled on 27. I also didn't realize it was curved when I bought this monitor. I just added it to my cart and clicked the buy button, HA! But it's a great monitor, it's definitely bigger than I thought it would be, but great for gaming, everyday activities and even watching shows!

This monitor is good for gaming. Despite what was said upon purchase, it doesn't look like GSYNC is officially supported, but I haven't noticed any screen tearing when playing games at 1080p 144Hz. I received one of these in February 2021 as an upgrade to a smaller Zepter monitor I bought a year earlier. My son wanted something decent to play with and it was affordable. It took me a few minutes longer than I want to activate 165Hz on the control panel, but everything works smoothly. The downside here is PPI, it's a 1080p monitor on a 27 inch panel. But I hardly notice it, and the refresh rate is amazing. I highly recommend.

I don't know how it happened, but this monitor didn't come with a screw that I could use to attach the monitor. please help

Bought for computer games. My gaming settings are set to medium and this monitor displays it well. I get 200 fps in Modern Warfare and with that the monitor covers that with the included HDMI cable. Change your Windows and Nvidia settings to 240Hz and you're ready to race.

After years of squinting and playing on my laptop, I finally pulled the trigger. Not only is the gaming experience 1000 times better, my eyes thank me every day! This monitor is great, don't wait to get it!

I have another 27 inches that I'm sitting next to this one. This color is much better, probably because of the blacker black. Anyway very satisfied so far.

This monitor is "addictive". Good picture although 144Hz with DP. The small joystick button for switching on and off and calling up the menu on the back is impractical. There's also no auto-off feature. If you're using the DP port, you'll need to turn it on or off at the right time, otherwise you'll have to reboot at shutdown, or "skip" the shutdown and tap to make the damn thing turn off. Love the look and got it in the middle of the workday so overall it was cheaper it's a great monitor for the price. You can try to take another one if it appears on sale.

Could have given 5 stars if the screen hadn't detached from the rear frame. It's not a major distraction, but it's a downside nonetheless. When I squeeze it, it lasts for a while but keeps falling apart. This only happened on one of the two screens purchased. Update September 20th: I thought I could squeeze and glue the top together and now the monitor is in the trash. Next time I'll use a different brand.

I bought this monitor on July 1st 2021, it came ok, connected, everything was nice and stylish, remember I'm not a regular gamer so this monitor hasn't been abused at all! I pretty much played with this monitor last December 15th and then left the country leaving the monitor fine and working. When I was at home on January 22nd I found this huge crack on my screen out of nowhere! Contacted Aopen and told them about it, they said the warranty was expired and I would have to pay $179.99 to fix it,

I can't change the refresh rate using the included DP cable and the screen keeps going black, but HDMI allows me to change the refresh rate to 120Hz and seems stable. Not sure if it's wrong. UPDATE 6/17/22 The monitor glass is now separated from the frame at the top. The actual image on the monitor hasn't been affected yet, but I can now see reflections of light where the glass is peeling off. The picture is still pretty good, but this monitor definitely uses cheap parts. Wouldn't buy again.

Great monitor, bought two, very satisfied. However, it failed once after about 6 months. the bottom 3/4 are shimmery and striped. I tried changing the update, resolution and different cables. At this point, it's definitely a monitor gone bad. This is very bad.

This is my first monitor. It meets all the requirements I was looking for. I've only used it on my Xbox so I assumed the picture quality would be 2x better on a real PC.
