so i love it, it heats the food up well. but it ruined both containers i used for it. the first picture i included says it's microwave safe but it still melted a bit. n then the black heating tray has the spot where it's melted. so idk what to do. I'll still use it though

I purchased this because there is no microwave at work. I was a bit skeptical that this was going to heat my meal. I put a frozen meal in it at 4pm, but 6pm it was super hot and ready to eat. So it does get the job done and I was pleasantly surprised. I did take one star off because the zipper moves a little weird, seems to stick and have trouble zipping it around. Maybe it's because it's new and needs broken in? Otherwise it's perfect and does what it's intended to do.

I really enjoy being able to warm my food in my classroom. I don't have to use the community microwave. The container may leak during heating, causing a mess.

Best product ever especially during this pandemic. I use it at work so I don’t have to use the microwave everyone else is using. And my college student loves it too, it eliminates some of those trips to the basement to nuck her food.

I have celiac and this is portable and worked great to heat up my food. Every time I used the community microwave at work I got sick everytime after lunch. Now I use this portable warmer and no more getting sick after I eat…no more cross contamination. I totally recommend this product

I'm a trucker and this thing has been a game changer! It's a good size- can fit hefty sized containers in it and it heard things through thoroughly without overcooking it. While I though it was bigger, at least is big enough to put a regular size container. It does warm up your food nicely, but is not like; OMG is burning up. Which makes me think twice about trying their "raw food" option. Not sure that would work at all. I received this yesterday (6/23/21) and I was able to put it in my backpack to bring to the office on 6/24/21. It is perfect to keep something warm for a few hours or heat a dinner up without drying it out in a microwave. One of my best purchases this year :-)

I bought this when I was in cosmetology school and only had a 30 minute break for lunch it was worth it. When I go to school I would plug it in and by the time came I had hot food. It saved a ton of time when other people was running to the microwave. I used glass bowls I got from target and it was perfectly fine.

I use this for warming up my lunch at work. I use a glass dish that is a little smaller than the one pictured. My food is refrigerated before I place it in the warmer. It works fine if your trying to avoid microwaving your food. But, it takes a minimum of 2 hours to reheat my lunch. Since it takes so long to reheat my lunch I would NEVER attempt to cook raw food in this, especially meat or fish.

I don't have a kitchen where I work, so I bought this and a small 6 can fridge. Keep last nights leftovers in fridge till an hour before lunch, then place container in here to heat them up. It does not cook, just keeps it warm. Good for leftovers, not frozen.

Update, replacement — a different model, inches smaller in every direction, hotplate corners are angled, not right angles, making the heating surface even smaller, and no box, so it might be a used or old model. No strap, no brand name. Tested it anyway to see if i could still use it. First and second uses, loud popping noises, and a harsh burning plastic-wires smell, which faded but then got worse on second use. Is dependable, not a microwave. Does takes its time warming up food. Food is hot after about an hour of warming up. Don’t recommend trying to heat up frozen and I don’t believe the product recommends this either. This is a great deal if you’re traveling the highways or camping however.
