Excellent value for money for camping and backpacking

This product works great with isobutane or propane gas (if you buy an adaptor). Stable hob with a large surface for pots and pans. The piezo ignition is convenient for igniting the stove. The packages are small. My main use is canoeing or car camping. I love it so much I own several.

Pros
  • Ideal for outdoor activities
Cons
  • New competitors have arrived

Worth every penny!: Wanderkocher

I received the stove, tested it and liked it so much that I ordered two more. Every bag in my family will carry this stove. I would recommend this to everyone. It works just as well as my expensive camping stoves, but costs a lot less. Ouch. And I bought this because my 130.00 stove was broken.

Pros
  • Price
Cons
  • Long delivery time

Works best when camping and hiking

They immediately lit it with the ignition and prepared dinner along the river at the accommodation for the night. Made a great coffee this morning. When folded, it's big and strong enough for a large jug and classic coffee maker, but when folded it's small and light. I'm glad I got it and saved money compared to more expensive versions.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Hard to tell

Fantastic design for a portable camping stove

I use this stove for backpacking. Here's what I love about it: uses a hose to connect gas three feet up; this makes the stove incredibly stable (because you can put it on a rock instead of a gas tank) - Compact folds into a protective cover, perfect for camping trips (fits in my bear canister) - Piezo igniter has served me well for dozens of times I will sometimes buy it again and maybe even get one as a backup!

Pros
  • Slim design
Cons
  • Slightly wrinkled

Have no doubts about the camp kitchen

Eagle Scout. I've used them all; This little guy is 100% my favorite camping stove. Robust, efficient, stable, etc. It's nice to have a built-in igniter. The units are small but hold pans well enough. I prefer one that doesn't use a fuel tank as it costs. 1 canister of fuel was enough for me for a very long time. I will for sure buy again. Friends are jealous because their car was $100, twice the weight, used expensive specialty fuel, etc. and mine fits in a bowler hat. You can buy an adapter…

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Some little things

Tough and tough for camping and hiking

Update: I've decided to trade it in. The replacement product was much better with screen legs. I raised it to 4 stars because the quality control may or may not be good. The only complaint I have about the fit and finish at the moment is that the corrugated tube ends are a bit sharp on the mesh side. I use a butane cartridge adapter because a pack of 4 cartridges is typically $4-5. For the price it exceeds 1 pound. Coleman propane is also safer due to the lower vapor pressure. Original: It was…

Pros
  • One year trial
Cons
  • Available in white only

Perfect for emergencies

I bought this for my jump bag a while back and haven't used it. Hurricane Laura gave me time to use it. The first morning I forgot I had it in my bag and just used Brian's emergency pills. The second morning I use it. I could boil a large pot of water, brew coffee, and make enough coffee for four people. This thing is very solid when placed on a hard surface, but I actually stuck the legs into the ground. The ground was soft enough that they just got stuck in place and it was very hard. I…
