Installs in minutes and works great. The old derailleur was missing an overdrive knob and it was quite frustrating as it was a used car purchase. That's cool.

I bought something and it was the best price. The fact that it came from a Ford dealer made me realize I was going to get what I ordered. Ease of installation. My 14 year old Ford Focus thank you!

It was easy to install, one screw and one plug after removing the center console. Maybe 1.5 hours. It feels solid, looks just like the original but refreshed and does its job well.

R+R original handle that is worn and broken. Approximately 1 hour to replace. The center console needs to be removed. The overdrive connector is a little tricky to screw in and connect. Excellent value for money from this provider.

Useful advice before installation Watch a video on YouTube! Removing the center console took longer than installing the part itself. And the woman linkage is very small, be careful not to damage it.

The small white rectangular connector was too small but only visible to the naked eye when connected. I recommend testing the derailleur before installing all the nuts and the console to make sure yours aren't slipping out. In the end most of the parts were replaced with the old handle to keep it working safely and reliably.

My only complaint is that the correct set screw was not included and I have yet to find a suitable screw. The set screw is important because without it it's easy to pull the shift knob up and unplug the electrical connector inside - at this point you'll have to start over by removing the entire console and reinstalling the shifter. Ordered because the knob on the original was broken. Installed in about 40 minutes but I think I could do it in 30 if I had to do it all over again. As mentioned before, search and watch the video. The tools you need are simple: an Allen wrench, a Phillips head screwdriver, and something small and sharp to pry the knob on the plastic screw cover.
