Best replacement for fan motors

I bought one from another supplier and the molded connector doesn't take high voltage when the fan is set to the high position. I hope this device is of better quality.

Hello, I had a problem with my fan and it only blows at high speed. Watch a few videos to see what the problem is. This is with a resistor and everything works as it should. Many Thanks

Needed and done

I wasn't sure if my 2004 Dakota was the problem. Everything I've read on the subject pointed to this part. Now it works fine. Many Thanks. The only thing I would advise is to put in cable connectors. Sometimes they don't last as expected. One could use more than base 5.
