Product was in excellent condition but has NOT been unlocked. effort to do it. I'm a Verizon customer and it can't be added until the previous operator unlocks it. I wouldn't have bought it if I had known.

My son needed an iPad for work; He was just starting out, so he didn't have extra cash to spend on a state-of-the-art device. This iPad works great! We connected it to AT&T data and it's set up.

I was concerned about the quality of the battery before I bought it but thought it was worth a try and it was great! I bought this for my 5 year old son and although it's a commonly used kids iPad the battery life is great! There was no visible usage on the iPad that I could see and it matched my iCloud plan and phone perfectly! Glad I bought this instead of haggling with strangers on Facebook Marketplace!

I didn't know it was a garage sale I wrote. I can't give it away. It comes in a zippered pouch with a charging box at the Dollar Store. Plugged in so far and it turns on, but after 20 minutes of charging it's only 1%, how long does it have to charge before it hits 2%? To be honest, the delivery was delayed by about a week, so I understand that the battery is not working or not charging. But it may be too late to return and replace it before Christmas.
