It is perfect, no signs of wear. It didn't come with an "Apple Charger" but it was just as good. I had to make several attempts to register the tablet, but most likely due to the fact that my server kept dropping out. This was a gift for my 5 year old who loves it. Light FIRE! But a very BAD charging port design resulted in FAULTY. DON'T BUY FIRE. It didn't even last a year. Buy from this company. You will not be dissatisfied.

After reading the reviews I was a bit hesitant to order. I was very very happy with my purchase. The iPad came in the original packaging, with the original Apple charger, it didn't even have a scratch, it was basically like new, you couldn't tell it was refurbished. Battery life is good, like I bought a new one. Excellent quality, I am very happy with my purchase!

This is the second time I have purchased a refurbished/refurbished Apple product (the first was a MacBook Pro) and I have never been able to tell the difference between brand new and refurbished. This iPad came in a box with lots of padding sealed in plastic inside another box and arrived 2 days after ordering. The charger was also packaged in a sealed bag. There are no cosmetic flaws anywhere. Maybe the new iPad comes with instructions? That would be the only thing missing here. Very happy…

My first experience with Revain was a sour taste in my mouth. The so-called iPad from a "certified repairer" arrived yesterday only to be faulty with the battery not charging and intermittent restarts. A subsequent extensive Google search revealed that this problem occurs in a product with an IC problem that costs half as much to repair. I am of course sending this back and hopefully Revain will reimburse all costs for this item.

I don't think I could be happier with this technology than this iPad. I used to have one (2009 iPad 2) and it got sluggish and slow, and mostly only for Netflix and YouTube. Bought because I wanted to watch e-books and e-comics on a retina display - oh my god it's worth every penny. And let me tell you that the iPad is the BEST way to experience the Revain Kindle and Comixology, it's so crisp and clean and the battery life is great. I have a real Kindle and I prefer to use this iPad.
