A very nifty fallback solution, but you need a few elements before you can use it.

Best for iPhone or Pixel, Auto Backup app required

I took this for my mum to use with her iPhone to back up her photos. The process of using it is quite simple once connected. I personally think this only makes sense for iPhone or Pixel phones that don't have SD card slots. We had to install an app to put it in "Auto-Backup". when the device is connected. Without an app it shows up as a drive (at least on my Android phone, on iOS it's a bit different but not very useful either) so it basically takes an app and then copies the pictures to the…

It works, but it's expensive

This little cube simply acts as a holder for a micro SD card (which is NOT included unless you pay an extra $30) to slip between your phone's charging cable and the power source. It then works with an app that you have to download on your phone to copy all your photos and videos to your SD card. To me, the current price of $65 without a card is very expensive for some programs that basically copy files from your phone to the card.
