Update July 2014: I have been using three 3TB drives daily for almost 2 years now. I am very happy with their performance. In response to a few other reviewers, I used USB3 for these as I've hooked them up to multiple computers with no issues. I estimate that I'm getting transfer speeds of around 80Mbps (much faster than USB2). As for the incompatibility with Windows XP, it's also incompatible with DOS 3.1 (sarcasm intended). I don't get it - I have one of these made available by my company at work and I use it several times a week to keep my files safe; I've never had a single problem with it.
