    Does not work for short people

    This is a nice shower head for the price. I was looking for a handheld that my wife could reach - hence the low hanging bracket was appealing. Unfortunately, what I did not realize until after install, was that while she could easily reach the handheld, she could NOT reach the diverter valve (used to select fixed or handheld shower head) which is located up high on the fixture. If user height is not an issue, then this is a fine choice.

    Everything I needed in life. Except.

    So everything is amazing about this item except for (and I very well could possibly not bad the shower head fastened completely) whenever I adjust the spray setting on the main shower head the whole extended arm piece that holds the handheld shower head moves with it. It's not a major inconvenience it's as simple as holding the shower arm while you switch settings but it's the whole principle of it all that is frustrating

    I love this good for me

    This is made mostly of plastic, but because it works so well that doesn't bother me. The shower-head is just excellent. The hand held thingy is excellent. The hose is very flexible, which is something the expensive shower-head I was using did NOT have. In fact it is the most flexible hose I have ever seen. I took the flow restriction device out, my water pressure is not real high, 40 lbs or so. The flow is great and the patterns of water flow are great. This is my favorite shower head ever and…

    Inexpensive dual shower head

    Unfortunately the shower head leaks at the head swivel and the changeover valve does not completely shut off water to the unselected head so it drips. Very flimsily plastic that feels like it could break at any instant. I can't recommend this product.

    Nice Improvement To My Shower

    A snap to install, and now I'm really enjoying the two-headed shower. Still a bit concerned about how durable the plastic construction will be, but meanwhile I'm loving the way it works. Having several position settings on the small wand is an excellent idea. Lets me get the hot water to just the right spot on my back hands free.     This's a wonderful upgrade. Our old shower head has seen its better days. This is the Cadillac of shower heads; I'm buying a second one to install at my daughter's house.

    Good but has some quirks.

    So the biggest issue I have with this shower head is that the first and last setting are not strong. Also there is a delay between switching setting fully when the water goes hard from the new "ports” and slowly drains away from the old ones making it an awkward transition.I need the second shower head to help bathe my dog who likes to get muddy outside. I ended up needed a longer hose for that. So if you plan on using the hose while sitting or in the bath it may not be long enough for you.

    Increased pressure in my review

    I wanted something to replace my builders grade shower head that could give me some extra water pressure. This product works out, I had to reinstall it a couple of times to tighten the connection as water was getting out from the hose, but so far it is working out.

    Nice product —- but—-The valve used to switch water flow between heads does not totally stop the flow to the hand held when rotated to the fixed head. This is irritating as the light water flow runs down the hand held head, down the hose when in the docking location and onto my wall turn on valve causing me concern that over time it will seep behind the fixture and into the shower wall.Second—-When the hand held is in the docking location it interferes with the users ability to adjust the…

    I paid way too much for this. Please learn from my mistakes. I bought this in August last year for a rehab we are doing. It's now May of this year and this is the first time I have taken it out of the box. I could not believe what I found. It's plastic. ALL OF IT. Seriously?! $60 for a plastic shower assembly.     Perfect for me for now and as I get older

    This is the best item I have bought lately ! I was having trouble with keeping water from spraying outside the tub onto my floor. This is a wonderful rain shower head and does not make a mess outside the tub.

    OK value for the money. Aesthetically pleasing

    OK value for the money. Aesthetically pleasing. Timmy this seemed very practical to have something like this in the shower because it didn’t look Gotti or clunky. The fact that the handheld section fit into the device looked beautiful. I wound up returning this item because it had much less water pressure than another item. But overall it was beautiful and definitely lightweight.

    Nice comprise good for me

    This shower head was a compromise in our house. I like the hand held for the versatility and hubby does not like them. This has both stationary and hand held. They both have the same spray patterns. The hand held is lower, and can be used as stationary. I am shorter and spray hits about my shoulders from the hand held and the larger head is at normal so I am more under all of the spray (if that makes sense). The part that holds the hand held is flimsy plastic, so we are careful with it.

    Rainforest: my feedback

    It feels like a rainforest with the right settings. Just take out the water saver feature and it’s golden. It still works great without it. I just like to feel like I’m standing under a pressure washer while I shower.
