Effective for those who have problems with back pain. I don't find it very practical, but it's not bad. When I get up I'm stuck in a wheelchair, so I need a way to alleviate one of my medical problems. It works. I also like the idea of inflating it to a firmness level to suit your personal preference.

This seat is well made and very comfortable. I got it for use in a chair at a desk and in a truck. Both apps have made the seats MUCH more comfortable, and heating and cooling just got a lot easier. I only inflated with air but imagine water would also be very effective. (Winters here are too cold to test the water in a truck.)

I bought this filling for my aunt who recently broke her hip and is currently in a wheelchair because no other product could give her comfort. She tried donut, memory foam, and alternating air pads, but they were all too hard or bothersome for her. Luckily, these water-filled pads worked really well!

I needed a comfort solution for my WFH position that would fit someone who is taller than normal and has a bad back. It was the perfect solution. It came with an inflation pump and a small power steering pump for the USB port - I used a lightbulb. Easily inflates to the correct tension for optimal support and can be adjusted as pain levels change. Fiction. Ideal. Wonderful.

What a difference! I sit for many hours diamond painting and my buns are not very happy. I was surprised by the included mini water pump, how quickly it fills up, the non-slip bottom and most of all the comfort. It was such a hit that I'll be taking it with me everywhere for a long time. I love this pillow! I only use it with air because I wanted it to be light and portable. I first used it as a grandstand seat for my daughter's competition which lasted all day. I am now using it at home with COVID-19 and working from home. Normally my job is not sedentary but in the last month that has changed. I wouldn't have lived 10 hours a day without this pillow! Disappointing! Wanted to be liked. High quality material. The non-slip base is a plus. But. Adjusting the air to the exact amount is not easy. There is no flip-up attachment, which is a good thing because they usually break with use, but adjusting this cushion requires you to put on safety goggles and use needle-nosed pliers because the adjustment ring is so small. I read an article that recommended this type of pillow as the best way to avoid bruises. The particular product they suggested cost three times as much as this one, so I decided to try it as a less expensive alternative. I'm a little shocked but it actually works great. Probably 90% less pain from longer sitting at the computer. This makes it harder to change position, but the whole point is to make the person unnecessarily comfortable, so there's no point.
