The first sink had a small greyish 1cm defect from a streak on the outside of the sink but Revain fixed the problem and they sent me a new sink about 3 days later. This sink is beautiful and just as expected. I'm renovating my bathroom and the color goes with beige tile, oiled bronze fixtures, gray walls and chic brown granite. The glass on the sink is about half an inch thick. The basin sink looks much more expensive than the actual cost of the sink. The sink is very nice, much better in reality than in the photos. However, a hole in the bottom of the sink will require a drain about 2-3/4 inches in diameter. Most drain assemblies, including the one that came with the Pfister faucet I chose for this, are more like 2-1/. 4 inches in diameter. I don't know why people are complaining about this product. I bought the totem model and can't find words to describe how happy and overall satisfied I am with this sink.
