Sheet Metal Welding

It seems to be doing what I need. Machining of light sheet metal, therefore very sensitive to burn through. Spatter, more than I was hoping for, also leaves a messy seam, but it could be the operator. So far very satisfied.

Pros
  • ♦ AWS E71T-GS Gasless Cored Wire, Smooth Arc Motion, High Feed Rate, Easy Welding, Excellent General Purpose Welding Wire.
Cons
  • Slightly wrinkled

Good Performance Solid MIG Wire

Drove 20 miles to a welding supply store to buy .023 body wire. I thought I'd give it a try and the result exceeded all my expectations. Used with 75/25 Argon to sew repair panels on a Jeep project. I will buy again!

Pros
  • ♦ No shielding gas required, self-shielding, all positions, single and multi-layer.
Cons
  • Ugly Packaging

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The smoothest wire I've tried.

I ran Vulcan, Blue Demon, Forney and some others I don't remember. I thought it wasn't very good, but it's a lot smoother than anything else I've run. Could be coincidence, but I doubt it. I don't know what they're doing differently, but I hope they continue like this. Will definitely buy again.

Very good quality

I have been welding for 30 years and I have used Lincoln and Hobart and now I use INE. I have to say that ArCraft did a good job with this wire. My honest opinion is that this fluxcore wire is as good as any other big brand bran. as there is little spatter, little smoke and smooth running. I noticed that you need to brush off the slag before the wire brush. Very beautiful pearls are obtained. So thanks archcraft. Good work, I will definitely buy again. 5 stars for me

Pros
  • ♦ Low smoke, stable arc, low spatter, complete slag coverage, easy slag removal, no porosity, good seam appearance.
Cons
  • disappears

Poor packaging - welding and soldering

The spool is broken on the edge but it could probably be used. However, when I removed the plastic wrap, the spool collapsed and the wire was completely exposed and unusable. I can't say anything about the quality of the cable.

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • Useless features
