I used it twice a day. Every time I wash it, I notice something black comes out of the small hole. I thought it was probably some dust. The problem was my skin started tearing really bad so I decided to look inside but I can't open it so I use a small stick with a tissue to clean it and there was a hell of a lot everywhere messy black dust! I've been using these rollers for a while now. I find them durable and they hold their temperature for quite a long time. As a massage therapist, I know the importance of using hot and cold cycles. I bought these two packs to use in one session. One freezes prematurely, and the other is in hot water.
